“I would recommend Jacqui to any couple who want a high quality, individually tailored wedding photography service, without any hesitation. Jacqui made us feel relaxed and confident about our wedding phtographs from the outset and most importantly she listened to what we wanted and tailored her service/work accordingly throughout the time we were in contact with her. Jacqui was warm, friendly, highly professional, honest, efficient, punctual and provided a service which was extremely good value for money – there were absolutely no issues with the quality of her service, which was excellent! Jacqui delivered what we wanted and what she said she could and would deliver. We couldn’t have asked for more than that! On the day of our wedding Jacqui provided a seamless service which was skilled and unobstrusive. You almost forgot she was there as the photgrapher, she was part of our wedding like any other guest. However, clearly Jacqui was busy and worked extremely hard on the day because she provided us with hundreds of excellent photographs. We loved them all, it was diffcult to pick our most favourite prints! we were and still are thrilled with the photos Jacqui provided us with. “We knew we had to have Jacqui as our wedding photographer after seeing her at work at a friends wedding and then seeing the finished photos. She has a beautiful style to her photography and we love her use of colour as well as the texture in her black and white images. After meeting her, we pretty much booked on the spot and later organised a pre-wedding shoot. Jacqui didn’t charge for the shoot itself, just the images as required – we took them all because we loved them so much! The shoot happened in our home town which was nearly 2 hours by train for Jacqui; she loved the idea of coming to a new place and didn’t charge expenses. We enjoyed a couple of hours round the town where she made us feel at ease and less self conscious. Before the wedding Jacqui made contact with us, ensuring that she knew about all the details of our wedding and anything special that we wanted to capture. Not only did she capture all the details and people that we had mentioned to her; she completely told our wedding day story from beginning to end and pieced together everything we didn’t experience. She stayed so much later than anticipated and arranged for an assistant to come with her so that the day could be photographed to its full potential. Our guests were so impressed with her style of being able to command group photos without shouting and the fact that she was so “invisible” to them for the whole day. Photography was really important to us for our big day and Jacqui took on board our input to the creativity which we really appreciated. I cannot recommend her highly enough and truly feel that she deserves this award because she really is the best.”
